What dates are you open?

Ogunquit Farm RV Resort is open the Friday of Mother’s Day weekend through Indigenous People’s Day. 

What does the seasonal rate include?

Our seasonal rate includes the site rental fee, water, sewer, cable tv, internet, rubbish disposal and access to our amenities.

Do you have transient or tent sites available?

We do not currently offer any transient or tent sites. The resort consists of 155 seasonal sites.

Are there any types of entry fees?

Yes, there is a one-time $1,500 entry fee for new residents either purchasing an existing unit within Ogunquit Farm or moving their own RV onto an open site. 

Who pays for electricity?

Each site is individually metered and billed directly each month from Central Maine Power.

Is internet included?

Complimentary internet is offered at our clubhouse. Each individual site has its own private internet and cable package included in the seasonal site fee.

What amenities are included at the resort?

We have two heated swimming pools, a clubhouse with complimentary wifi, coin-operated laundry, and public bath houses. All sites are equipped with 20amp, 30amp, and 50amp breakers, water, sewer, cable tv and internet hookups.

Can our family and friends visit us?

Yes, family and friends are welcome to visit while the site lessee is present. All guests must register on the resort's website. Each site has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Our daily rates for visitors are $7/night per guest or $3/day per guest if they do not stay overnight.

Can family members or friends use our site while we are not present?

Each site is allocated usage for family members of direct lineage while the site lessee is not present once per season for a maximum stay of 7 days with prior approval from resort's management. Application forms are available in the office and must be completed and approved prior to the guests arrival.

Can I sublet my site/unit?

Subletting, renting, or sharing your seasonal site with another party is not allowed.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

Ogunquit Farm RV Resort is pet friendly (allowing one dog per site) as we believe animals play an intricate role in many families, however guests/visitors of any type are not permitted to bring pets to the resort. 

Am I able to receive mail while I’m staying at Ogunquit Farm RV Resort?

P.O. Boxes can be secured at either the Wells or Moody Post Office locations nearby. All packages delivered to Ogunquit Farm RV Resort will be left on the clubhouse porch for pickup.

Is there an age limit for units within the resort?

Ogunquit Farm RV Resort does not have an age limit for Park Model units, although units and sites are expected to be well maintained.

*Non-Park Model units that were owned by residents during the 2021 season can be resold on-site if they are well maintained and meet the resort’s appearance guidelines as outlined in the rules and regulations. Any Non-Park Model units that were purchased after the 2021 season cannot be sold on-site if the age of the unit exceeds 10 years.
